Grand Pianos

"There are eighty-eight keys on a piano and within that an entire Universe".

Grand pianos are the epitome of elegance, their stunning visual aesthetic, makes them as much a beautiful piece of furniture as a pianist's aspiration. The depth and breadth of tone and the exquisite touch, enable the pianist to bring a rainbow of colours and emotional expression to the black and white lines and dots on a page.

Beautiful 1922 mod B Steinway piano. Action and strings are in excellent condition, having been restored around the 1950s, and have had little use since. Original satin black case, so a few age-related marks. This magnificent 6' 11" (211 cm) grand piano is often referred to by pianists as “the perfect piano.” It is a wonderfully balanced and versatile instrument that does extremely well in homes, teaching studios, and concert venues. Beautiful fully restored Bechstein mod V. These pianos are so wonderful to restore as the quality of materials is so good. Once restored, these pianos are as good as buying a new instrument, which would cost considerably more. However, these instruments retain a depth and quality that a modern instrument just doesn't have. Do contact us and just come and have a play. This piano is currently in Norwich. The price includes an adjustable piano stool and free ground-floor delivery within Norfolk, Suffolk, and North Essex.

This example has a beautiful, rich bass, a clear and singing middle section, and a beautiful clarity in the treble. The price includes an adjustable piano stool and free ground-floor delivery within Norfolk, Suffolk, and North Essex.
